Senior adult ministry (SAM)
We believe that God's grace is for all of life and want to serve the senior adults of our community with that grace.
We've got a number of different opportunities for you to worship, serve, and connect with other seniors.
LUNCHEON & BIBLE STUDY
1st Wednesday of the month | 12 - 2pm

WALKING CLUB & ARTHRITIS EXERCISE CLASS
All fitness levels invited to walk with others on our safe and level surface course. Meet like minded people for a fun but effective walk. After the walk, stop by the Arthritis Foundation sponsored exercise class. Low impact,
easy on the joints to keep you moving.
Monday & Thursdays | January 8-March 10 | 9-10 am Walking | 10-11 am Arthritis Exercise Class
This 9 week progression class provides healthy living tips that target overall physical and mental health. This easy on the joints class targets muscle strength, tone, flexibility and balance along with an endurance segment. Learn how to safely condition all muscle groups with slow deliberate pacing using hand weights and bands. Work at your own level: chair to standing to rhythmic movements.
