  • The Battle Plan for Prayer

    Wednesdays 6:30-8 pm

    January 17-march 21

    Are you ready to take your prayer life to the next level – individually and as a couple?  Inspired by the feature film “War Room” and through this Bible study by Stephen Kendrick and Alex Kendrick, couples will become more devoted to prayer. Faithfully and effectively wield the weapon of prayer in the battles and seasons of life. You are encouraged to watch the movie “War Room” prior to the first class.  Workbooks are available in our Bookstore but are not required for the class.     The goal of this class is to help Christians cultivate ongoing spiritual conversations with people who have a different faith perspective. January 17-February 7: the Arts of Noticing, Praying & Listening. February 21-March 21 The Arts of Asking Questions & Loving. April 11-May 2 The Arts of Welcoming & Serving.   • The Prophets

    wednesdays 6:30-8 pm

    We continue our look at the Messianic writings of the Old Testament prophets.  We will touch on Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel and a collection of the Minor Prophets.  This includes not only those directly connected to Messiah, but also prophecies of the Messianic Kingdom.  As God said to Sarah “Is anything too wonderful for the LORD?”  We will look at some of the most wonderful portions of these prophets.

  • the Gospel According to Luke

    It has been four years since we followed Jesus around on Sunday morning. Moreover, we have never followed Him through the eyes of the faithful physician Luke. Luke made a careful investigation so he could write an orderly account “of the things that have been fulfilled among us.” Join us this year as we look at what some call the Gospel of the Son of Man.   • Two Equals One: Preparing for Marriage

    Based upon the nationally renowned “Prepare Inventory”, couples grow in understanding their partner, improve their communication and conflict resolution skills, and study God’s Word concerning marriage. Cost: $35 per couple (due at the

    marriage is easier than you think

    Every married couple is unique. They’re an US. This five session study is based on the book, Your Best Us, by Ted Lowe. While the way we are wired both individually and as a couple may be different, there are some great marital habits that empower all of us—specifically four core habits that come from the Bible that can help every couple become their best US.     The hill of the cross is rich with the gifts of God’s grace. These were the gifts He didn’t have to give. The only required act for our salvations was the shedding of blood, yet God did so much more. So, as we unwrap these gifts, we need to pause and listen for His voice. As we do, perhaps we will hear Him whisper, “I did it just for you”. Instructor: Harry Krupsky

    Millions of couples getting married have pledged to “love and to cherish, until death do us part.” Most of us understand and get the love part. . . but what does it mean to cherish our spouse?
