    The goal of this class is to help Christians cultivate ongoing spiritual conversations with people who have a different faith perspective.     A study of how the Lord used one life, and the world surrounding Luther, to influence the lives of Christians from His day to our own...500 years later.   • What Did You Expect

    September 20—November 15

    This DVD led teaching will challenge you to look into the mirror of God’s Word and see yourself with clarity. This class will help you see your role in worshipping Jesus, loving your spouse, realizing your own sin, and helping you extend Grace to each other as Jesus has to you.   • The Prophets

    September 20—November 15

    Bible prophecy is unique. It is specific in what it declares (not predicts) concerning both the future and the Messiah. The richness and the beauty are astounding and marvelous. As God said to Sarah “Is anything to wonderful for the Lord?” We will look at some of the most wonderful portions of the prophets starting with the prophecy of Isaiah. Instructor: Tim Townsend.   • 3 Solas Café

    September 20—November 15

    A “comfortable place to learn about Christ,” and delve deep into God’s Word. If you’re pursuing membership at Faith, or if you are a member and want to learn more, or if you’re exploring Christianity and have some questions…join us. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and dialogue about various spiritually-related issues.

    Following are just some of the actual questions that were asked during recent Café sessions:

    • How are we to believe that the Bible is true?
    • If God is so powerful, why can’t He stop the evil things that are about to happen?
    • Does a baby have to be baptized in order to go to heaven? What is hell?
    • What about people who never knew Christ or had the opportunity to know Him, will they go to hell?

  • The Gospel According to Luke

    Starts Sunday, September 17, 9:15—10:30 am

    It has been four years since we followed Jesus around on Sunday morning. Moreover, we have never followed Him through the eyes of the faithful physician Luke. Luke made a careful investigation so he could write an orderly account “of the things that have been fulfilled among us.” Join us this year as we look at what some call the Gospel of the Son of Man.   • Two Equals One. . . Preparing for Marriage
