Middle School can be a weird time for most of us.

We want to help middle school students as they navigate through some big life changes.

As they learn more about who they are, we want to help them to understand their true identity as a child of God.

  • Sunday Mornings | 9:15 AM

We understand that it's important for our students to both feel that they belong and to believe in the message that we share.  Sunday mornings are a great place for students to attend, bring friends, and take the next steps in their walk with Jesus.

  • WEDNESDAY NIGHTS sept-may | 6:30 PM

Wednesday nights are a great place for students to come to grow their faith in Jesus while spending time with other students, leaders, and individual faith conversations.

Sept - May in the Student Center South at 6:30 PM

Throughout 6th and 7th grade students will work closely with

parents through the “Family Based Confirmation Curriculum”.

Parents and students will be asked to sit down on average of once a week and work through a

30-minute lesson together. Students and parents will complete a total of 20 lessons

over the course of each year studying Lutheran Doctrine and Scriptural lessons.

The Purpose:

To provide parents with the opportunity to teach, pray, and grow with their student as they become a

member of Faith Lutheran Church by studying the Bible and Luther’s Small Catechism. Did you know that

Martin Luther’s original intention for the Small Catechism was for it to be taught by parents to their children?

The Family Based Confirmation program helps make Luther’s intent a reality

while parents embark on this spiritual journey with their kids.

The Benefits:

One of the most exciting aspects of the Family Based Confirmation program is that it actively

involves parents in the spiritual lives of their children. Parents have the opportunity to learn alongside

their child, answer questions about spiritual topics, and help develop spiritual habits in their children.

Because of the “at home” aspect of this program it actually provides students with the

opportunity to learn more about Lutheran doctrine and the Scriptures.
