We believe that God's grace is for all of life and want to serve the senior adults of our community with that grace.

We've got a number of different opportunities for you to worship, serve, and connect with other seniors.

LUNCHEON  

1st Wednesday of the month | 12pm

For the meal we prepare the main dish and ask everyone bring a side dish to share.

ARTHRITIS EXERCISE CLASS

Monday & Thursdays: January 14-May 23, 2019  |  10-11 am

(walking club starts at 9 am)

This 9 week progression class, offered throughout the year, provides healthy living tips that target overall physical and mental health. This easy on the joints class targets muscle strength, tone, flexibility and balance along with an endurance segment. Learn how to safely condition all muscle groups with slow deliberate pacing using hand weights and bands. Work at your own level: chair to standing to rhythmic movements.
