At Faith, everything that we do is about bringing Jesus into our relationships and one of the ways that we can build relationships with people is through sports.  Take a look and see what we offer for a fun way to get involved.

From cycling, kayaking, basketball, excercise, yoga, soccer and more, our sports ministry will be a great fit

if you like being physically active and meeting other people who feel the same way.

Join our cycling group as we explore different areas of metro Detroit on two wheels on a Saturday morning or a Tuesday evening. Rides will be kept at an easy pace (12-14 mph). The ride distance will be approximately 20 miles

and take around 3 hours (including food stops) to complete. Bring cash for food, as not all places we stop at take credit cards. This event is open to all adults (18 and over). Helmets are required.  A water bottle, spare tube and bike lock are recommended.

No ride if it is raining. If you have any questions,

please text/call Ron Robinson (248-231-2317) or email ronr@wideopenwest.com

September 4-November 13

Emma Jackman will lead us in cardio training/stretching, followed by the book discussion led by Autumn Casiglia.  The events will happen in Student Center north and we will read Fierce Hearted by Holley Gerth.  What's your reaction when someone you care about hurts you? Do you bury the pain and keep smiling? Holly shares from her own journey of learning to make peace with others by doing the hard thing, the brave thing, and sharing her concerns. Few of us enjoy conflict, but growing into the fullness of who Jesus made us to be often requires strength and vulnerability. As you read, you'll discover that with God's help you can live fully and love bravely every day. Bring a mat.

The book is available in our Bookstore. Register Here.
